About Us
Christopher R. Ganter was born in Florida and raised in Dothan, Alabama. Mr. Ganter earned his B.S. in Environmental Science in 2000 from Auburn University. In 2004, Mr. Ganter earned his M.S. in Environmental Management and his Juris Doctorate Law from Samford University and Cumberland School of Law respectively. During his time at Auburn and directly thereafter, Mr. Ganter spent approximately two years in the pulp and paper industry as an engineer intern focusing on environmental compliance and production issues. Additionally, Mr. Ganter worked as a research assistant involving arsenic removal from water for the Civil Engineering Department of Auburn University. Mr. Ganter is licensed to practice law before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, the State of Alabama, and the U.S. Southern, Middle and Northern Districts Courts of Alabama.
Prior to forming Ganter Law in 2010, Mr. Ganter practiced with local law firms that focused on litigation in areas such as construction, environmental, insurance coverage, premises liability, toxic tort and personal injury. Mr. Ganter enjoys speaking with his clients and helping them navigate the legal issues they are confronted with. He is also committed to providing premier legal services at reasonable rates. He also enjoys the privilege to be able to witness first-hand his client’s creativity and then help them secure the intellectual property protection they desire.
Aside from the practice of law, Mr. Ganter is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys a variety of activities including hiking, hunting, fishing, photography, and reading whatever he can get his hands on about such subjects.
